Selection process for interns:
Taking applications and reviewing candidates’ resumes. You can submit your application till March, 31.
Online test, business game, evaluation of level of English (April). Those who pass the second stage are enrolled in the Summer School for one week of training.
Summer School and final test (May). The program includes lectures about the market and securities and master classes led by company specialists.
Interviews with employees of the divisions who will be mentoring the interns (June).
Summer internship (July-August). The chosen interns are placed in the company’s various divisions. Each intern is assigned a mentor who will be responsible for training, delegating tasks and checking up on them, monitoring progress and evaluating work on the whole. The decision concerning the intern’s potential future in the company is based on the mentor’s evaluation, results and quality of work, as well as the opinions of the intern’s colleagues.
